Background

Justin Branch Owner/Trainer at Big Black River Kennels, discovered his love of training working dogs when he was 5 years old. He got his first pair of beagles from an older family friend who introduced him to hunting with dogs. From this point on, his passion for training working dogs grew into what it is today. Justin has 20+ years of experience with training dogs and as a hunter himself, knows how important it is to give your 4 legged hunting companion the best possible training they can get.

Justin has 3 loves in his life. First and foremost is his love of our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ.

Second is his love for his family.

And third is his love for the outdoors and all that entails.

Justin decided to turn his love of the outdoors and working dogs into a business where he can share his experience and knowledge with other people who need a trustworthy and capable dog trainer.
